DRAGON NATION ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE

To create a thriving community of leaders grounded in the fundamentals, doing the work with each other, and holding high standards of participation and personal growth, so that we have a fathering and mentoring environment for men that WANT the masculine relationships we have to give and we are thereby moving up The Purpose Ladder together to create a powerful social movement.

DRAGON NATION MEMBER AGREEMENT PURPOSE

TO forge bonds in the continued solutions lab of a men’s circle environment SO THAT you persevere in growing yourself into the man you are destined to be while carrying on this legacy of men serving men and in doing so become one of the masculine models and mentors much needed in the world.

Dragon Nation is the graduate membership division of Men’s Victory Path (MVP) where graduates of the Awaken The Dragon virtual and Team Training Programs can continue their journey of growth, connection, contribution and embracing the adventure to achieve that VICTORY of Purposeful Success. 

It is a community of growth-minded men who’ve been trained in important fundamentals and possess the vital understanding that we don’t rise to the level of our expectations, but instead we drop to the level of our training.

Dragon Nation is an ORGANIZATION made up of COMMUNITIES of ENVIRONMENTS to serve men at the levels of SELF and FAMILY as they cross THE TIPPING POINT of the Purpose Ladder.

As an initiated man and trained graduate, you have been invited because you are ready to join a high standards men’s team to engage at the ENVIRONMENT level of the Purpose Ladder, which is green for “GO” providing the needed drive and guidance for the VICTORY of purposeful success at all other levels. Part of the point of joining any environment is to surround yourself with people who will hold you to a higher standard than you will hold yourself when you slip.

MEMBER BENEFITS:

  1. Access to all of the content you’ve ever been exposed to from any training program you’ve previously done. You will also have access to content updates as they come no matter when you graduated from the program(s). It’s all organized in the weekly sequence it was delivered.
  2. Access to all of the recorded sessions of the ongoing Dragon Nation Trainings (DNT) and the Contribution Coaching Calls where contribution champions are coached in their purposeful influence and presence for their contribution projects.
  3. The Resources folder with the Dragon Nation foundations document, the 8 Pathways To Being A Solutions Hunter, the Anatomy of A Men’s Meeting template, leadership Roles and Goals, Tour Mission training video and slides, and more.
  4. Member discounts for trainings in both virtual and immersion formats.
  5. Weekly team meetings and buddy system.
  6. Pre and post-graduation meetings and trainings.
  7. Team Drop In videos to serve entire teams with any needed direction or coaching.
  8. Weekly leadership calls with the team captains to serve them personally and in the leadership of their teams.
  9. Participation in the contribution project competitions three times a year at the team level. Ongoing opportunity to rise in your level of leadership and influence to earn the place of Team Contribution Champion.

THE 3-STEP DRAGON PATH:

MEMBER REGISTRATION AGREEMENTS:

  1. Membership is $35/month across 6-month tours beginning after verification and acceptance of your membership application.
  2. Tours are the first six months (January to end of June) and the second six months (July to end of December) of each year.
  3. All content accessed through this site is confidential and for Dragon Nation Members only. This includes videos, recorded calls, documents and audios.
  4. If you haven’t already, you agree to do the next available Awaken The Dragon 3-day in-person immersion. It must be completed within 1 year of membership registration.  This is the only other training program requirement to maintain membership.
